I phoned to discuss my order on the day that it had been snowing heavily and when I got through to the office and spoke with the sales manager, he advised me that they had just closed the warehouse and sent the staff home in order to ensure they got home safely. He advised that he was just setting off himself and that he would call me once he reached home. Less than forty minutes later, he was back on the phone discussing my order; now that is service that is above and beyond! He was able to help me confirm my order quantity requirements and the amount of adhesive I would require to complete the project, as well as pointing me to an installation video which was extremely helpful in advising how to cut and fix the product (natural stone mosaic sheet).
